We want to include you in our online database of practicing Community Artists and Host Sites for Artist Residencies. Community Artists should fill out the Artist form to provide information on disciplines practiced, availability, and experience. Organizations should fill out the Host Site Form with information on programming, facilities, and housing. Return your forms to the Foundation and we will post your information on our database. The database is open to all as an information resource and does not constitute an endorsement from the Foundation.
